By using the Heyyy Reminder app (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws. You are responsible for any data you submit, including your check-ins and friends’ names.
3. In-App Purchases
We provide both a monthly subscription option and a one-time lifetime purchase option for the Pro version of the App. When making a purchase, you are bound by the terms and conditions of the respective app store. We do not store any payment information on our servers.
4. Data Handling
Our data collection and usage practices are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you also consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Modifications and Updates
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App or any features at any time, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms periodically.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the App.
